We do not offer refunds. New and unworn clothing may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no damages, and unused with all original tags and order information included. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the exchange/return. The item must be postmarked within 14 business days of delivery, or brought in person to Mason James store. To start a return/exchange please email shopmasonjames@gmail.com with your order information. As with all orders please allow 3-5 business days to process.
